What I have learned is that communication is a key skill needed to communicate with students as well as parents/guardians. I establish good relationships with families, ensuring a continuity of the setting from home to school, promoting the development of every child.

In my quest to pursue a career in early childhood education, I know that it is important to be aware of current teaching strategies and research-based practices. The use of innovative approaches enables me to meet the needs of children in today’s fast-changing world. 

I will strive to have a positive and lasting influence on the lives of the little ones in my care, continually developing myself and my skills and progressing my career.
